METRO
Travelling by metro in Santiago is very easy and comfortable. You’ll just need to buy a prepaid BIP card or a one way ticket in every metro station at charging points.

Linea 1 (Red Line)
Monday –Friday 06,00 am – 11,00 pm
Saturday 06,30 am – 11,00 pm
Sunday & Holiday 08,00 am – 10,30 pm
Linea 2 (Yellow Line)
Monday –Friday 06,00 am – 11,00 pm
Saturday 06,30 am – 11,00 pm
Sunday & Holiday 08,00 am – 10,30 pm
Linea 5 (Green Line)

BUS
A little bit more adventurous than using metro, but again very easy to move yourselves. Don’t forget your prepaid BIP card or ticket. It is not possible to buy tickets in the bus. Prepaid BIP and tickets you can buy in each metro station at charging points.
On Sunday or Holidays you can also use special „Circuito Cultural“ Buses. It’s a special Transantiago bus loop tour that will take you to the main attractions of the city including museums, cultural centres, typical areas and heritage buildings. The bus operates on Sundays and Holidays between 10,00am and 6,30pm.

TAXI
In Santiago very cheap and fast way of transportation. Just wave at one of the black/yellow cab with a LIBRE red sign and enjoy the ride on Santiago streets.. The cost per Km is 250 CLP / 0.5 USD / 0.3 EUR.
